We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and if you do, we'll happily provide you a refund on full price items, subject to the conditions below.
Refunds & Exchanges - Terms And Conditions
If you have changed your mind about a product we will issue a refund or exchange for the price of that item, providing it is returned back to us within 7 days of delivery. Received unused, in a perfect resellable condition, tags attached and with its original packaging.
How do I make a Refund or Exchange?
Step 1-Before sending your return, please send an email to email@example.com . Let us know your full name, order number, and reason for return.
Step 2- We will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Reference Number to include in your parcel and the address to return the item back to..
Step 3-We do not accept responsibility for lost items or damage in transit, we therefore recommend that you securely package items in a suitably sized box and use a tracked service. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
Returns outside the 7 days cannot be refunded
Step 4-We will email you once your return has been received and will process your return within 1-5 working days. Your items will be inspected, providing your return meets all of the above, we will issue you a refund or exchange. Refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to clear into your account.
Returning Faulty And Damaged Items
All our items are inspected before shipping, however, should an item be sent faulty or in error, we request that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours. Please provide us with your full name, order number and images of the damage.
We will advise how to return the item back to us, postage costs you incur when returning faulty items must be agreed ahead in order to receive a refund. We will process your return as quickly as possible and once received will examine the items. We will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.
Sale Items and Custom orders
We do not accept refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty.
As custom items are made on your request and bespoke to you we do no offer refunds, the item can be cancelled within 7 days of being ordered. After this time we will be unable to cancel the making of your item.
